City Art Program

RioVision invites artists to participate in the City’s Rock the Flock II statue project. Artists will have the opportunity to showcase their work in a program to beautify fire hydrants, fish, a dog and lamb  statues. The goals of the program are to use public art to elevate the vitality of the City’s streetscapes, bring art to unexpected places and encourage community pride.

The Public Art Program is open to all practicing artists 16 years old and above. All entries must be the original design of the entrant. Artists may apply as an individual or as a group. Each submitting artist must complete and sign the application form and design template. Unlimited submissions per artist or group are acceptable. When an artist is selected a RioVision Volunteer Agreement and additional project documents will be provided for signature and information.

The templates and application are on the website.
